Redo Policy If you are unhappy with your results, I am happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Redo services must be scheduled directly with me and will be based on the original consultation and agreed-upon plan. No Refunds Because hair services require my time, expertise, and product investment, I do not offer refunds. My goal is always for you to love your hair, which is why I provide a redo policy to ensure we can make adjustments if needed.
