• Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. – Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. – Same-day cancellations and no-shows also forfeit any deposit on file. • Deposits: Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. – Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. – With proper notice (24+ hours), your deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment. – If you do not reschedule with sufficient notice, the deposit is forfeited. • Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened services or be treated as a late cancellation. • Product Usage: All color and blonding services include a set amount of product (see service descriptions). Redo Policy If you are unhappy with your results, I am happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Redo services must be scheduled directly with me and will be based on the original consultation and agreed-upon plan. No Refunds Because hair services require my time, expertise, and product investment, I do not offer refunds. My goal is always for you to love your hair, which is why I provide a redo policy to ensure we can make adjustments if needed.
